Abstract:In order to study the electromagnetic properties of the variable frequency motor at different temperatures and harmonics as well as the vibration characteristics considering the magnetostriction effect of silicon steel sheet,the magnetic properties of the silicon steel sheet in the core of the variable frequency motor at different temperatures and harmonics are first studied.The B-H curve,B-P curve and permeability curve of the silicon steel sheet are given.Secondly,the magnetostrictive characteristics of the silicon steel sheet are tested and analyzed to obtain the butterfly curve and the magnetostrictive single value curve.Based on the above test results,the electromagnetic performance and vibration of 1 140V/75kW variable frequency motor are simulated.The influence of temperature,harmonics and magnetostriction on the performance of silicon steel sheet isconsidered in the simulation process.Finally,avibration experiment of 1140V/75kW variable frequency motor is carried out,which provides a new idea for electromagnetic-vibration analysis of the variable frequency motor.
