摘要 氧化锌避雷器是电力系统限制过电压的重要保护设备,通常采用在线监测阻性泄漏电流的方法对其运行状况进行判断。结合目前各阻性泄漏电流提取方法的优点,以B相电压过零点为时间参考点的泄漏电流谐波分析法为基础,提出了一种新型阻性泄漏电流的提取方法,并给出了该方法的数学模型。通过仿真计算证明,该方法不仅能够有效地消除电网谐波电压与相间耦合电容的干扰,避免因某相避雷器故障、三相避雷器差异以及电网电压波动等因素给监测带来的影响,还可以准确地提取阻性泄漏电流。

Abstract:Zinc-oxide surge arresters, which are able to limit the over-voltage of grid, are the main protection equipment in power system. Before diagnosing the running status of arresters, it is necessary to monitor the resistive leakage current on-line. A new extracting method is proposed in this paper, according to the different resistive leakage current extracting methods, based on the leakage current harmonic analysis at zero-point of voltage. The mathematical derivation can prove that this new method can not only eliminate the interference of the harmonic voltage and the inter-phase coupling capacitance completely, but also avoid the influence arising from the fault of one phase arrester, the differences of three phases and the voltage fluctuation. Therefore, the operation and status of zinc-oxide surge arresters will be diagnosed timely and precisely, based on extracting the resistive leakage current accurately through the proposed method.
