摘要 磁暴时地磁感应电流引起的变压器无功损耗(GIC-Q)具有全网群发性及不确定性,破坏电网无功平衡,造成电压波动,影响系统稳定运行。变压器GIC-Q的相关性会导致系统内的无功负荷同增同减,忽略这一因素会使治理方案无法达到最优防灾效果。该文提出以一个太阳活动周期内发生地磁暴时的变压器GIC-Q为样本,统计其数字特征,利用多项式正态变换方法建立其概率分布模型,将计及不同地理位置变压器GIC-Q模糊相关性的概率潮流嵌入非支配排序遗传算法求解无功优化配置问题。以GIC标准算例进行测试,分析了GIC-Q的模糊相关性对系统运行状态的影响,证明其为采用无功配置进行地磁暴灾害防治不可忽略的因素。

Abstract:The reactive power loss (GIC-Q) of transformer during magnetic storm is characterized by group occurrence and uncertainty of the whole network, which damages the reactive power balance of power grid, causes voltage fluctuation and affects the stable operation of the system. The correlation of GIC-Q of transformer will lead to the increase and decrease of reactive load in the system. Ignoring this factor will make the configuration scheme unable to achieve the optimal disaster prevention effect. In this study, the digital characteristics of GIC-Q transformer during a solar active period are adopted. The probability distribution model of GIC-Q is established by polynomial normal transformation method. The optimal reactive power allocation problem is solved by probabilistic power flow embedding non dominated sorting inheritance algorithm considering fuzzy correlation of GIC-Q in different geographical locations. By testing GIC Benchmark system, the influence of GIC-Q fuzzy correlation on system operation state fluctuation is analyzed. It is proved that GIC-Q is a factor that can not be ignored when using reactive power configuration to prevent and control geomagnetic storm disaster.
