摘要 针对直流配网中用于实现电气隔离以及能量双向传输的双向DC-DC变换器,提出了一种基于同步PWM控制的双向CLLLC谐振型变换器。该变换器结构简单,控制易实现,具有良好的软开关能力,较普通变频控制的双向谐振型变换器又具有正反向工作特性一致、能量传输方向自然、平滑切换等特点。该文介绍变换器基本工作原理,并基于等效电路模型对该变换器平滑切换的功率传输特性以及软开关特性展开了详细分析,为变换器中谐振槽的参数设计和优化提供了有效指导。最后研制了一台1.65kW基于GaN HEMT的实验样机,峰值效率达到98.4%,实验验证本文所提变换器的可行性和理论分析的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the bidirectional DC-DC converter which is required for achieving electrical isolation, energy bidirectional transmission in DC distribution network, a bidirectional CLLLC resonant converter with synchronous PWM control strategy is proposed in this paper. In this way, the proposed converter is simple in structure with good soft-switching characteristics. The control scheme is easy to implement, otherwise, compared to other bidirectional resonant converter with variable frequency control, it has the same operating characteristics no matter the direction of power flow and can change the direction of power flow automatically and smoothly between forward mode and backward mode. In this paper, the principle of proposed converter is presented, Besides, based on equivalent circuit, the characteristics of power transmission and soft-switching ability are analyzed in detail, which offers the guidance for resonant tank parameter design. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed converter are fully verified by the experimental results from a 1.65kW prototype based on GaN-HEMT with peak efficiency of 98.4%.
