摘要 针对三级式同步电机起动过程中存在的主励磁机励磁问题,提出一种具有三相定子绕组开放式结构的主励磁机结构,结合双逆变器拓扑,构成一种新型交直流一体化励磁系统,详细分析了双逆变器的三相交流励磁、直流励磁控制方法,并由主励磁机工作特性推导出交流励磁频率的选择依据,研究交、直流励磁切换点选取原则及控制方法。仿真和实验结果表明,交、直流励磁一体化控制策略能够使主励磁机输出稳定的励磁功率,并可实现交、直流励磁平滑切换。

Abstract:In order to overcome the excitation problem of three-stage synchronous machine used as starter for the engine cranking, this paper presented a novel three phase open-winding structure of the main exciter for the proposed machine with the dual-inverter for supplying the integrated AC and DC excitation power. The operation principle of the dual-inverter and the control method of the three-phase AC excitation and DC excitation were analyzed in detail and the selection basis of the AC excitation frequency and the switching point were derived by the characteristics of the main exciter. Then, the simulation and experiment results verify that the integrated AC and DC excitation control strategies could supply steady excitation current and smooth switching process from AC to DC excitation for the proposed machine.
