摘要 针对光伏电站直流汇集接入系统,提出一种基于串联电抗的低压直流电缆综合保护方法。通过在低压直流电缆与电力电子装置连接处串入限流电抗,抑制故障电流,以延长保护动作时间。本文改进了电流微分量的获取方法,利用电缆两侧电压和电流数据计算出电缆故障位置,实现直流低压电缆保护。该保护方法不受故障类型、位置和过渡电阻的影响,采用故障动作判据简单可靠,在保护动作的过程中,可以获取故障位置,同时在数据不同步的情况下,该方法仍可实现正确动作。通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真分析其有效性,仿真结果表明该方法能实现直流电缆保护和故障定位,适用于直流输配电网。

Abstract:A comprehensive protection method of low-voltage DC cable based on series reactance is proposed for the DC collection system of photovoltaic power plants. In order to prolong the protection clearing time, the fault current is suppressed by stringing the current-limiting reactance between the low-voltage DC cable and the power electronic devices. In this paper, the method of obtaining the current fraction is improved, and the cable fault location is calculated by using the voltage and current on both ends of the DC cable to protect the low-voltage DC cable. The protection will not be affected by fault types, fault locations and fault impedance. The protection criterion is simple and reliable to clear faults, and the fault location can be obtained in the process of protection calculation. The action of the proposed protection will still be correct when the data of the different ends is not synchronized. The effectiveness of the protection method is verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation. The simulation results show that this method can realize DC cable protection and fault location, and this method is suitable for DC transmission and distribution network.
