摘要 

将电网阻抗对大型光伏电站的影响等效转换为对各台逆变器的影响,分析了等效电网阻抗对系统有源阻尼及稳定裕度的影响:电网阻抗的变化不会使系统有源阻尼失效而引发谐波谐振,但会使系统稳定裕度降低。通过分析稳定裕度对开环截止频率和相位交界频率处闭环增益的影响,揭示出系统谐波谐振机理:稳定裕度的减小导致系统对开环截止频率或相位交界频率谐波的放大作用增强,稳定裕度减小到零时,系统对相应频率谐波的放大作用为无穷大,将引发谐波谐振现象。提出一种基于相位裕度补偿的谐波谐振抑制策略,即采用超前环节补偿系统相位,通过比例环节调整开环截止频率,实现对相位裕度的补偿。所提抑制策略可使系统维持足够的稳定裕度,从本质上抑制了谐波谐振的发生。仿真及实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract

The influence of the grid impedance to large-scale photovoltaic(LSPV) plants is studied through analyzing its effect on each inverter in LSPV plants.According to studies on active damping and stability margin,the grid impedance variation does not make active damping ineffective.Instead,it attenuates the stability margin.The harmonic resonance mechanism has been revealed by researching the influence of stability margin reduction on current closed-loop gain around the open loop cutoff and phase crossover frequencies.Amplification to harmonics at the open loop cutoff frequency or the phase crossover frequency will be strengthened with the decrease of the stability margin.The amplification tends to be infinite when the stability margin reduces to zero,which will trigger harmonic resonance.Anovel suppression strategy based on phase margin compensation is then proposed.The phase margin compensation is realized by using the leading network to compensate the phase and the proportional component to regulate the open loop cutoff frequency in the strategy.The suppression strategy can keep enough stability margins for the system which will suppress the harmonic resonance essentially.The result of simulation and experiment validate the theory analysis in the paper.
