摘要 为减小双有源桥式DC-DC变换器的功率损耗,提出一种双重移相加传统移相控制的优化控制策略,保证漏感电流有效值最小,同时使得所有开关管实现零电压开通(ZVS)软开关。首先分析变换器在传统移相和双重移相下的传输功率特性和软开关范围。在此基础上,通过建立漏感电流有效值、传输功率及软开关条件的数学模型,得出一条最优控制轨迹。该轨迹确保变换器工作于最小电流有效值状态且可以实现ZVS软开关,从而显著减小系统的导通损耗和开关损耗,实现了双有源桥变换器的优化控制。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the power losses of the dual active bridge(DAB) DC-DC converter,an optimal control strategy combining dual-phase-shift and traditional-phase-shift controls is proposed.It can minimize the root-mean-square(RMS) current flowing through the leakage inductor while ensuring zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) operation of all power switches.In this paper,the power transmission characteristics and soft-switching range under traditional phase-shift control and dual phase-shift control are first analyzed respectively.On this basis,by establishing the mathematical models of the RMS current,transmission power,and soft switching conditions,an optimal control trajectory is derived,which enables the DAB converter to operate in the minimum-RMS-current state while guaranteeing ZVS operation of all power switches.Thus,both the conduction and switching losses can be significantly reduced,and the optimal control of DAB is achieved.Finally,experimental results are provided to validate the correctness of theoretical analysis and feasibility of the control strategy.
