摘要 矩阵变换器线性调制区域最大电压传输比为0.866,为克服矩阵变换器电压传输比低的缺点,采用过调制策略成为一种行之有效的解决方法,且不需要额外设备。传统基于不同矢量组合的过调制方法大多数是从逆变级入手,提高矩阵变换器电压传输比,而对整流级即输入电流关注较少,使得输入电流谐波含量较大。在分析传统基于不同矢量组合过调制中六边形矢量和基本矢量对输出电压性能影响的基础上,提出一种新的间接空间矢量过调制策略,对整流级和逆变级采用不同的矢量组合及权重因子优化设计,可获得更小的输入电流谐波和输出电压误差。仿真和实验结果均证明了所提过调制策略是切实可行的。

Abstract:The maximum voltage transfer ratio (VTR) is 0.866 in the linear modulation region of the matrix converter (MC).To overcome the defect of low VTR of MC,the over-modulation strategy is an effective method and no additional devices are needed.Most of traditional over-modulation methods are based on different vector combinations in the invert to improve VTR.However,there is little attention on the input stage of MC,which means the input current total harmonic distortion (THD) is high.Based on analyzing of traditional over-modulation method,a new over-modulation strategy is presented.The rectifier stage and the invert stage of MC adopt different vector combinations in the proposed method so that both the THD of the input current and the error between the output voltage and the given voltage are small.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the proposed over-modulation strategy is feasible.
