摘要 设计并实现了一种以Terfenol-D磁致伸缩材料和PZT压电材料为基础而构成的,用于检测交流电流的长片形磁电层合材料。这种层合材料的结构设计具有无需接入电路的优点,便于安装和维护。对该材料进行了若干实验,测试了其输出电压随输入电流幅值与频率的变化规律。该材料在实验中得到了0.401mV/mA的电流测量灵敏度。材料能够在毫安至安培级的电流检测范围内和30Hz至1kHz频率范围内输出稳定的电压。这种基于长片形磁电层合材料的电流检测方案具有重要的继续研究价值和应用潜力

Abstract:In this paper, a long plate-shaped magnetoelectric laminate based on magnetostrictive material Terfenol-D and piezoelectric material PZT is designed and developed, using for AC electric current measurement. The structure of this laminate has the advantage of no-circuit-connection, which makes it convenient to install and maintain. A series of experiments are made to test the relationship between the output voltage and the input electric current and its frequency. In the experiments an electric current sensitivity of 0.401mV/mA is observed. The laminate is able to hold a stable output voltage over a current range of mA~A and a frequency range of 30Hz~1kHz. This electric current sensor based on long plate-shaped magnetoelectric laminate has great potential of further research and application.
