Abstract:In allusion to the calculation of eccentricity inductance of permanent magnet machine(PMM), the distortion coefficient of the winding harmonic magnetomotive force was introduced. The computation method of the eccentric operation inductance parameters of the PMM was deduced based on the asymmetric winding function approach(AWFA). The air-gap radius function, magnetic gap inversion and turn function were introduced into the computation of eccentric inductance parameters. The variation rule of the eccentric inductance parameters of the PMM with different eccentricity ratio and rotor position was concluded. Based on the calculation method of the eccentric operation inductance parameter of the PMM, a eccentric model of PMM was established with the use of the finite element analysis(FEA) tool to analyze the eccentric inductance parameters. The characteristic of the eccentric operation inductance was summarized. The eccentric inductance obtained from the FEA simulation model was compared with the result which is calculated based on the AWFA. The accuracy of the eccentric operation inductance parameter calculated by the AWFA is verified. Providing reference foundation for eccentric inductance parameters analysis for this kind machine.
