摘要 隔离型中压大容量直流变换器在低开关频率下可能存在直流偏磁问题。针对三电平移相全桥直流变换器拓扑,首先分析中频变压器一次电压谐波含量,结合电压电流双闭环控制策略,推导考虑移相角波动的变压器一次电压直流分量表达式,研究移相角交流分量与一次电压直流偏置分量的关系,再进一步分析控制频率对电压直流分量的影响。建立实验平台进行实验,对比不同控制频率下中频变压器的直流偏置,验证理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In the medium-voltage high-power isolated DC-DC converter with low switching frequency, the challenge arises with the DC-bias problem of the medium-frequency transformer (MFT). Based on the three-level phase-shift full bridge topology, the harmonic voltage of the primary winding in MFT is calculated. Then, considering the voltage-current double close-loop control strategy of the DC/DC converter, the relationship between the DC component of the voltage on the MFT’s primary winding and the fluctuant phase-shift angle of the controller is analyzed, and the effects of the control-frequency on the DC component of the primary voltage are analyzed. An experiment platform was established to compare the DC-bias performances of the MFT under different frequencies. The experimental results validate the DC-bias suppression of the proposed method.
