摘要 真空触发开关(TVS)是脉冲功率技术的重要开关器件,随着脉冲功率系统向更高工作频率的方向发展,要求TVS具有在高频回路中稳定工作的能力,因此采用LC高频振荡回路对一种新型激光触发真空开关(LTVS)进行实验研究,考察振荡回路频率、间隙电压以及初始等离子体浓度等因素对LTVS的开断特性的影响。实验结果表明,振荡回路频率增加和间隙电压升高将导致电流峰值及电流过零点变化率升高,电路未成功开断或者发生重击穿概率增加;重击穿时间间隔随间隙电压和回路频率升高而缩短;LTVS未成功开断或者发生重击穿概率与初始等离子体浓度无关。实验结果对于改善LTVS在高频回路中的稳定工作能力具有参考价值。

Abstract:Triggered vacuum switch (TVS) is one of the important switching devices in pulse power technology.With the progress of pulse power system toward a higher working frequency,TVS should have the ability to work stably in a high frequency circuit.In this paper,an LC high frequency oscillation circuit was adopted to investigate on a new laser triggered vacuum switch (LTVS),which includes the frequency of oscillation circuit,gap voltage and initial plasma concentration on the interrupt characteristic of LTVS.The experimental results show that the increase of frequency and gap voltage will result in a higher peak current and rate at current zero-crossing,the probability of interrupt fail or restrike increases and the time interval of restrike decreases when peak current and rate at current zero-crossing increase.The initial plasma concentration has no effect on the probability of interrupt fail or restrike.The experimental results will supply a reference for enhance the ability of LTVS to work stably stable in a high frequency circuit.
