摘要 脉冲功率技术在诸多领域有着广泛的应用前景,对脉冲发生器的输出参数也提出了更高的要求,包括脉冲电压幅值、电流峰值、脉宽和重复频率等。该文针对脉冲电场的生物医学应用背景,提出一种基于感应隔离的可调极性脉冲发生器方案。在每级电路模块中包含了1个电容、2个开关和1个隔离变压器。通过控制开关的导通时序,可以实现正负极性的脉冲输出,隔离变压器在放电时可以隔离电位变化。理论分析及实验结果表明,该脉冲发生器的基本原理仍为“并联充电、串联放电”,可以输出双极性方波脉冲,且脉冲极性、宽度、幅值均可灵活调节。研制的感应隔离脉冲发生器可输出幅值为±6kV、脉宽为200~1 000ns、上升沿为10ns的极性可调脉冲。此外,模块化的设计可以通过增加模块数量等实现更高参数的脉冲输出。

Abstract:Pulsed power technology has wide application in many fields, and higher requirements are put forward for the output parameters of pulse generator, including pulse voltage, pulse current, pulse width, repetition frequency and so on. In this paper, a novel scheme of adjustable polarity pulse generator topology based on induction isolation is proposed for the application of biomedical effect induced by pulsed electric field. Each module consists of a capacitor, two switches and an isolation transformer. The generator can output bipolar pulses by controlling the operating sequence of the switches, and the isolated transformer can isolate the potential changes at the same time. The results show that the basic principle of the pulse generator is still “parallel charging, serial discharge”. The generator can output bipolar rectangular pulse, and the pulse polarity, width and amplitude can be adjusted flexibly. The developed inductive isolation pulse generator can output a polarity adjustable pulse with an amplitude of ±6kV, a pulse width of 200~1 000ns and a rising edge of 10ns. In addition, the modular design can achieve higher parameter pulse by increasing the number of modules.
