Convergence of the Wireless Parallel Inverter System with Volume-based Load Sharing

Abstract:For the wireless paralleled inverters with different capacity,to equally share system load may make smaller capacity inverters work abnormally.As the result,the system load should be shared in proportion to the inverter’s capacities.Based on the droop control principle,this article has deduced the sufficient conditions of proportionally load sharing through the convergence analysis of the amplitude and frequency of the output voltage.The conditions can be used as a guideline for designing the droop control coefficients.Then a micro-grid system is set up with two parallel connected inverters with different capacities.And the virtual impedance method combined with the double loop controller is adopted.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed analysis is verified through the simulation and experiment.
