摘要 十二相整流发电机是船舶中压直流综合电力系统的主要发电设备。将全船整流发电机输出的正负极、直流中点分别并联组网,向全船中压用电设备提供三线制直流电能,可减轻中压用电设备的绝缘和直流均压控制压力,但也增加了系统直流中点环流的风险。针对此问题,该文建立了等效电路模型,揭示了多台整流发电机并联时直流中点环流产生的机理与频率特征,提出了可有效抑制直流中点环流的接地电阻设计原则,时域仿真和物理试验验证了该理论分析结果的正确性。

Abstract:Twelve-phase rectifier generator is the main power generation equipment of marine medium voltage DC integrated power system. By paralleling the positive poles, negative poles and DC neutral points of the rectifier generators, three-wire DC power is provided to the medium voltage electrical equipment in the whole ship, which can reduce the insulation and DC voltage sharing control pressure of medium voltage electrical equipment, but the risk of DC neutral point circulating current in the system is increased. In order to solve the problem, this paper established an equivalent circuit model, revealed the mechanism and frequency characteristics of DC neutral point circulating current of multiple rectifier generators in parallel, a design principle of grounding resistance was proposed, which can effectively restrain DC neutral point circulating current. Time-domain simulation and physical experiment demonstrate the correctness of mechanical analysis results.
