摘要 基于油纸绝缘的介电响应等效模型——扩展德拜模型,通过分析模型参数变化规律提取介电特征参量,从而实现对绝缘受潮状态的定量评估。首先,针对油纸电容式试验套管模型,制备不同受潮程度的电容芯子,并在不同温度下对样本芯子进行频域介电谱(FDS)测试。利用FDS实测谱图,采用GA-LMA融合优化算法辨识得出扩展德拜模型的各支路参数,并基于该模型分别研究了温度及水分含量对模型参数的影响规律,进而提取表征油纸绝缘受潮程度的特征参量-低频支路极化电阻及时间常数,最后建立上述参量与绝缘水分含量的关系式,实现了对油纸绝缘系统受潮状态的定量判断。

Abstract:Starting from the equivalent model of the dielectric response of oil-paper insulation — extended Debye model, the dielectric characteristic parameters are extracted by analyzing the variation patterns of the model parameters, so as to achieve the quantitative evaluation of the insulation dampness state. Firstly, oil-paper model bushings were used for the test with their condenser bodies absorbing different levels of moisture, and they were tested by frequency-domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS) under different controlled temperatures. Using the obtained FDS spectrum and the combinational optimization algorithm GA-LMA, the branch parameters of the extended Debye model were identified. Then the characteristic parameters which characterize the moisture level of the oil-paper insulation system was proposed-the polarization resistance and the time constant of the branch that dominates the low-frequency properties of the model. Finally, the formulaic relationship between the above parameters and moisture content of insulation was established, which can be used to quantificationally determine the moisture content of oil-paper insulation.
