摘要 该文针对电励磁发电机功率密度低,永磁发电机调磁困难等问题,提出一种新型双端混合励磁无刷直流发电机。首先介绍双端混合励磁无刷直流发电机的结构特点和绕组设计,阐述该发电机的磁场调节原理,由于该发电机的磁场分布复杂,该文利用JMAG-Designer软件建立该发电机的三维有限元静态场和瞬态场模型,根据静态场有限元计算得到不同励磁磁动势下发电机磁通密度分布和气隙磁通密度变化曲线,通过瞬态场有限元仿真对发电机的空载特性、外特性和调节特性进行了分析,并制造了双三相10kW、DC 900V实验样机,对该发电机进行了实验。实验结果验证了三维有限元仿真计算的正确性以及所提出的发电机结构的合理性,表明励磁电流可以调节发电机气隙磁通,解决高效永磁发电机电压难以调整的问题,适用于车辆的高压直流供电系统。

Abstract:In consideration of lower power density of electric excitation generator and some difficulties in magnetic field regulation of permanent magnet generator, a novel dual-direction hybrid excitation brushless dc generator (HE-BLDCG) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the architecture and winding connection of the dual-direction hybrid excitation brushless dc generator were presented and the magnetic field regulation principle were described. To predict the electromagnetic performance more accurately, 3D-finite element analysis (3D-FEA) magnetic and transient models of the machine were built by JMAG-Designer. Magnetic finite element analysis was performed to achieve the magnetic field distributions and air gap flux density under different the electrical MMFs, and no-load characteristics, voltage characteristics and regulate characteristics of the machine were obtained based on the transient finite element analysis. In addition, a 10kW, 900VDC dual three-phase prototype generator was tested. The measured results agree well with the 3D-FEA results and verify the reasonable structure of the proposed generator. The air gap flux can be effectively regulated with DC field current. The proposed generator is suitable for the high voltage dc power supply system of vehicle.
