摘要 为克服传统交流微电网输出电压谐波含量高和对外电网谐波污染严重等问题,研究一种基于模块化多电平变流器(MMC)半桥串联结构的微电网,即将微源、交直流变流器及储能装置等组成的发电单元接入MMC子模块直流侧构成三相逆变系统,再通过交流母线接入滤波器、保护装置及负载等组成微电网。基于系统孤岛运行等效电路,建立系统输出电压数学模型,并以此为基础对系统输出特性进行了详细分析。针对输出电压波动、能量调度和微源输出功率协调等问题,提出相应的解决方案,并在Simulink中搭建了系统模型。仿真及实验结果证明了理论推导和分析的正确性,验证了该微电网拓扑的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the problems of traditional AC microgrid, such as the high output voltage harmonic content,the serious harmonic pollution of power grids and so on. a new structure of microgrid based on modular multilevel converter (MMC) is proposed, in which the generation module composed of micro-source, converter and energy storage device is connected to the DC side of MMC sub-module to form a three-phase inverter system, and then the filters, protective devices and loads is connected to its AC buses to form the microgrid. The mathematical model of system output voltage is established based on the islanded equivalent circuit, and the output characteristics of the system are analyzed in detail. The corresponding solutions to the problems of output voltage fluctuation, energy dispatch and micro-source output power coordination are put forward and the system model is built in Simulink. The simulation and experimental results prove the correctness of theoretical derivation and analysis, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the micro-grid topology.
