摘要 Lamb波因其指向性好、传播距离远、检测效率高等优点而被广泛应用于构件的无损检测中。但是,Lamb波在激发过程中往往是两个或多个模态同时被激发,而且通常每个模态波包的传播速度不尽相同,这就导致不同模态的Lamb波在后续信号分析中相互干扰,尤其是在缺陷信号的识别中。该文在分析Lamb波多模态特性的基础上,研究了电磁超声激发方式对Lamb波模态的影响,通过对电磁超声换能器加载方式的选择实现了对激发Lamb波模态的控制,提高了对应模态Lamb波的激发效率,并且增强了对非主模态Lamb波的抑制效果,从而减小了后续信号处理的难度,为实际检测中缺陷的识别、定位提供有效信息。

Abstract:Lamb waves are widely used in the field of nondestructive testing with the advantage of better directivity, higher detection efficiency and longer propagation distance etc. But there are always two or more modes existing at any frequency when Lamb waves are generated, and the propagation velocity of each mode is different, which makes the received echoes very complex, so the defect is difficult to be distinguished by analyzing the defect echoes. In this paper, based on multimode characteristics of lamb waves, the influence of electromagnetic acoustic excitation way on the lamb wave mode is researched, and lamb wave-mode control is achieved by choosing the loading way of electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT), which improves excitation efficiency of corresponding Lamb wave-mode and restrains other modes, thereby reducing the difficulty of the subsequent signal processing, and providing useful information for identifying and locating defects in actual detection.
