摘要 针对连接器贵金属金、钯镍合金以及钯镍合金闪镀薄金镀层材料对微动电接触性能影响进行研究。基于微动接触电阻测试系统,探究了不同镀层材料、接触压力、环境温度和润滑剂条件下接触对的微动接触电阻变化规律,并对微动性能参数,包括微动寿命、接触电阻数学模型和磨损系数进行评估和计算。发现Au镀层的微动接触性能最优,闪Au+PdNi次之,PdNi最差,减小接触压力是提高PdNi镀层微动接触性能的有效方法。

Abstract:The effect of precious metal platings Au, PdNi alloy and flash Au on PdNi alloy on the fretting elecrical contact performance is investigated. The condition of different platings metal, normal contact forces, environmental temperature and lubricant on variations of contact resistance were studied respectively based on the fretting contact resistance testing system. Fretting characteristic parameters, such as lifetime, fretting contact resistance formula, fretting wear coefficient are accessed and calculated. Au plating behaves the optimal fretting performance, followed by flash Au+ PdNi, and the worst is PdNi plating. Reducing contact forces is an effective method to improve the contact performance.
