Abstract:For the problem of reactive power compensation in the process of PV grid-connected systems, the PV grid-connected inverter main circuit is considered, a new control method is proposed, in which PV grid-connected generation is combined with reactive power compensation based on space voltage vector pulse modulation. The theory of reactive power compensation and the algorithm of space voltage vector pulse modulation are analyzed, which make full use of space voltage vector pulse modulation method which provides high voltage utilization and quick dynamic response, and it also allows two way flow of energy between the PV grid-connected system and the grid, it provides the required reactive power grid as well. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the control method.
