摘要 为实现机车牵引电力电子变压器(PET)小型轻量化的目标,对基于模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)的PET新型拓扑结构进行研究。该拓扑结构的核心M3C的易扩展性及输出任意波形的灵活性使该拓扑结构特别适用于中/高电压大功率的场合,尤其是高速动车机组中。该拓扑结构只需要一个中频变压器,在体积和重量上较已存在的拓扑具有明显优势。本文介绍了基于M3C的PET拓扑基本结构,通过建立该拓扑的数学模型,提出了一套M3C和二次侧全桥独立控制策略,用Matlab搭建了该拓扑结构的Simulink模型,并在实时仿真器RT-lab上进行了实时仿真验证,实验结果验证了提出控制策略的可行性和有效性,并具有优良的动静态特性。

Abstract:To achieve the goals of compact size and lightweight of on-board traction power electronic transformer (PET), this paper studies a new topology of PET based on modular multilevel matrix converters (M3C). The new PET is available in medium/high voltage and high power occasions, especially in high-speed EMU unit, since M3C as the core of the PET is easily extended and exports arbitrary waveform flexibly. Compared with the existing topologies, the proposed topology requires only one MF transformer, which is superior to the existing circuits in terms of volume and weight. This paper describes the proposed circuit topology. Through establishing the mathematical model of the topology, this paper presents an independent control scheme of M3C and secondary controlled bridge. According to the model of the PET built in Matlab/Simulink platform, the simulation experiments based on RT-lab real-time simulation platform are carried out. The simulation results verify the proposed control scheme, which has excellent dynamic and static characteristics.
