摘要 以两厂家运行不同年限的复合绝缘子为研究对象,借助热刺激电流(TSC)技术,结合(体积电阻率-温度)试验及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试,研究分析了试样的陷阱特性变化及其与特性间的相关性,探讨了陷阱特性在复合绝缘子严重老化定量评估中的应用。试验结果表明随着运行年限的增加,复合绝缘子的陷阱电荷量相对变化率总体上与对应的线性相关度具有负相关性。同时发现,复合绝缘子老化只有达到一定程度时才会引起陷阱电荷量的显著改变,且老化程度并非简单地随运行年限的增加而加剧。老化引发的材料结构变化及化学基团的产生是造成陷阱电荷量增多的主要原因。结合特性,提出了两厂家复合绝缘子严重老化时的陷阱特性阈值。

Abstract:The application of thermal stimulated current (TSC) technique in quantitative- evaluating the serious aging condition of composite insulators has been researched. The composite insulators with different operating years from two manufacturers were used as test samples. The trap characteristics of samples were obtained via TSC technique and the relationship with were studied through SEM and FTIR testing. Experimental results show that, with the increase of operating life, the relative variation ratio of trap charges bears negative relevance with the linear correlation of curve. The trap charges will change obviously only if the aging is more serious, but the aging is not simply aggravated as the operating life increases. The main reasons to form more trap charges lie in that the new physical states and chemical structures are produced during the aging process of composite insulators. The thresholds of trap charge variation ratio for the two manufactures were confirmed respectively, indicating the serious aging of composite insulators.
