Abstract:In order to study the influence of inverter current harmonics on vibration and noise of interior permanent magnet synchronous machine (IPMSM) for EVs in a wide-speed range, an analysis method to investigate the influence of inverter current harmonics on IPMSM vibration and noise was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the characteristic parameters (force order r, force frequency fr, force amplitude $P_{eak-r/f_{r}}$) of electromagnetic force wave under inverter harmonic current were theoretically analyzed. Then, the IPMSM multi-physics coupling vibration and noise finite element method (FEM) model was established to analyze the vibration and noise spectrum characteristics under constant torque speed control and flux-weakening control. The results show that the frequency components of 0-order and 8 (2p)-order electromagnetic wave are introduced under inverter harmonic current supply, and the influence on the vibration noise of the prototype under flux-weakening control is greater than that under constant torque speed control, which is suitable for other multi-pole integer slot permanent magnet synchronous motors. Finally, the correctness of the analysis method was verified by experiments.
