摘要 为研究宽调速范围内逆变器电流谐波对电动汽车用内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)振动噪声影响的特性机理,该文引入一种逆变器电流谐波对IPMSM振动噪声影响的分析方法。首先,理论分析了谐波电流作用时电机电磁力波特征参数(力波阶数r、力波频率fr、力波幅值Peakr/fr),建立IPMSM多物理场耦合振动噪声分析有限元模型,以分析恒转矩调速和弱磁调速工况下样机的电磁力波和振动噪声频谱特性,并和正弦电流供电时相比较。结果表明:对于该文样机,逆变器谐波电流供电时会引入0阶和8(2p)阶电磁力波频率分量,且对弱磁调速时样机振动噪声的影响大于对恒转矩调速时的影响,此结论适用于其他多极对数整数槽永磁同步电机。最后实验验证了分析方法的正确性。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of inverter current harmonics on vibration and noise of interior permanent magnet synchronous machine (IPMSM) for EVs in a wide-speed range, an analysis method to investigate the influence of inverter current harmonics on IPMSM vibration and noise was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the characteristic parameters (force order r, force frequency fr, force amplitude Peakr/fr) of electromagnetic force wave under inverter harmonic current were theoretically analyzed. Then, the IPMSM multi-physics coupling vibration and noise finite element method (FEM) model was established to analyze the vibration and noise spectrum characteristics under constant torque speed control and flux-weakening control. The results show that the frequency components of 0-order and 8 (2p)-order electromagnetic wave are introduced under inverter harmonic current supply, and the influence on the vibration noise of the prototype under flux-weakening control is greater than that under constant torque speed control, which is suitable for other multi-pole integer slot permanent magnet synchronous motors. Finally, the correctness of the analysis method was verified by experiments.
