摘要 为改善现有三自由度永磁电机的结构和转矩特性,提出一种混合驱动式永磁转子三自由度电机,以解决三自由度电机偏转转矩过小,不能实现带大负荷偏转的问题。并进一步优化电机的自转转矩特性,提高三自由度电机带大负荷起动的能力。在介绍该电机的基本结构和工作原理的基础上,分别采用解析法和有限元法对电机的磁场和转矩进行了建模分析,并进行两种方法的对比验证。所得结果表明,解析法和有限元法对电机的磁场和转矩的计算结果吻合,验证了解析法模型的有效性,验证了该电机良好的自转转矩与偏转转矩特性。为该类电机的进一步设计和优化提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:To improve the structure and torque characteristics of current three-DOF PM motor, a new type of hybrid drive type permanent magnet three-DOF motor was presented, which can solve the problem of low deflecting torque that can not afford a heavy load. The spin rotating torque characteristics were further optimized improving the ability of starting with heavy load. Based on the introduction of the structure and working principle of this motor, the magnetic field and torque were modeled and analyzed with the analytic method and finite element method,the two methods were compared to prove themselves. The results show that the calculating results of analytic method and finite element method are identical, and prove the effectiveness of the analytical models, verify the good rotation and yaw torque characteristics of the motor, which provides the references for further design and optimization of this kind of motors.
