摘要 针对传统多电平逆变器存在电平数大于3时,分压电容难以平衡,造成拓扑电路结构复杂等问题,对扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑和独立分压电容平衡拓扑电路进行组合,简化并得到一种新型九电平逆变器拓扑电路;针对该拓扑电路提出相应的四载波层叠SPWM策略。通过仿真分析,扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑中间两个分压电容电压值幅度在基准电压0V上下波动,其幅度达到±25V;而新型九电平逆变器的分压电容电压值在期望值100V上下波动时,其波动幅值小于±5V,因此,从仿真结果表明新型九电平逆变器拓扑结构及调制策略的应用,不仅可降低输出电压纹波的幅值,还能达到分压电容均衡的效果,并减少了两个开关管的应用,降低经济成本。

Abstract:Conventional multilevel inverter has the problems that partial pressure capacitance is difficult to balance and its structure becomes complex when number of electrical level are more than three time, this paper simplified combined topology consisted of the extension of NP mixed H bridge topology and balanced topology of independent partial pressure capacity combined topology firstly, and simplified, a new of nine levels inverter topology is got, then proposed a four carrier SPWM modulation strategy suitable for the topology. Finally the simulation analysis shows that extension of NP mixed H bridge topology among two partial pressure capacitor voltage amplitude at 0V reference voltage fluctuate, its amplitude to ±25V. Partial pressure of new nine level inverter capacitor voltage value fluctuates up and down in expectation of 100V, fluctuation amplitude is less than +5V. Simulation results show that the new nine levels inverter topologies and modulation strategies applied, not only reduce the amplitude of the output voltage ripple, to achieve the effect of equilibrium points ah capacitance, also reduced the application of two switch tube, reduce the economic costs.
