摘要 与传统三相平面叠铁心变压器相比,立体卷铁心变压器具有磁路对称、振动噪声低等优势,可应用于电力电子电能变换领域。为了提高系统整体功率密度,应尽可能提高变压器铁心工作磁通密度幅值,因此迫切需要准确评估立体卷铁心变压器在饱和边界状态的工作特性。该文主要研究考虑铁心非线性的三相立体卷铁心变压器建模。首先基于Jiles-Atherton(J-A)磁滞模型建立三相磁路模型;其次建立立体卷铁心变压器有限元(FEM)二维等效模型,相比三维FEM模型,可以缩短96.66%的仿真时间,减少92.93%的内存占用空间,在此基础上研究了非正弦激励下立体卷铁心变压器的工作特性;最后基于80kV∙A立体卷铁心变压器样机建立试验平台,验证了本文模型的准确性,并分析了零序三次谐波对磁通密度幅值的影响。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional three-phase planar laminated core transformer, 3D wound core transformer has the advantages of symmetrical magnetic circuit, low vibration and noise, resulting in the potential in the power electronic application. In order to improve the overall power density of the converter, the working magnetic density amplitude of the transformer core should be increased as much as possible, so it is urgent to accurately evaluate the working characteristics of the 3D wound core transformer around the saturated boundary. This paper mainly studied the modeling of 3D wound core transformer considering core nonlinearity. Firstly, the three-phase magnetic circuit model was established based on the Jiles-Atherton (J-A) hysteresis model; Secondly, the two-dimensional equivalent finite element method(FEM) model of 3D wound core transformer was established. Compared with the three-dimensional FEM model, the simulation time can be shortened by 96.66% and memory occupation space can be reduced by 92.93%. On this basis, the working characteristics of 3D wound core transformer under non-sinusoidal excitation was studied. Based on a 80kV•A 3D wound core transformer prototype, the experiment platform was established to verify the presented model in this paper and analyze the third harmonic amplitude of the magnetic density.
