摘要 针对传统故障限流器利用率低、动态电压恢复器易受到短路电流冲击的问题,该文提出一种桥式限流与动态电压恢复器融合设计拓扑结构,简称多功能型动态电压恢复器(MF-DVR)。通过复用直流侧泻放支路为限流支路,配合串联逆变器的控制,可有效地限制短路电流的大小并保护系统设备安全。该拓扑具有两种工作模式:当电网电压发生暂升暂降时,工作于电压补偿模式,类似于传统动态电压恢复器;当负载侧发生短路故障时,工作于短路限流模式,类似于传统固态限流器。该文详细分析其拓扑结构、工作原理以及控制策略;通过Simulink仿真和RT-LAB硬件在环实验验证了所提拓扑及控制方法的正确性以及电压补偿、短路限流功能的有效性。

Abstract:The traditional fault current limiter has a low utilization rate, and the dynamic voltage restorer is vulnerable to short-circuit current. Therefore, a topology combined with the bridge-type current limiting and dynamic voltage restorer fusion design is proposed, referred to as a multifunctional dynamic voltage restorer (MF-DVR). By multiplexing the DC side discharge branch as a current limiting branch and with the control of the series inverter, the short-circuit current can be effectively limited and the system equipment safety can be protected. The topology has two modes of operation: when the grid voltage temporarily rises and sags, it works in voltage compensation mode, similar to the traditional dynamic voltage restorer; when a short-circuit fault occurs on the load side, it works in short-circuit current limiting mode, similar to the traditional solid-state fault current limiter. The topology, working principle and control strategy are analyzed in detail. The proposed topology and control method, as well as the effectiveness of voltage compensation and short-circuit current limiting function, are verified by simulations of Simulink and experiments of RT-LAB hardware in the loop.
