摘要 微电网是分布式发电的有效组织形式,微电网的优化配置是保障微电网运行经济性和稳定性的关键。随着直流负荷的增加,交直流混合微电网已成为微电网的研究热点。研究在分布式电源容量优化时,兼顾微电网运行优化的交直流微电网双层优化配置方法。在此基础上,分析可再生能源发电的间歇性与不确定性对微电网优化配置的影响;并引入需求侧响应,通过引导用户改变用电方式,达到优化负荷特性的目的,从而降低系统的经济成本,提高微电网系统的稳定性。结合工程实际,通过NSGA-II算法与混合整数线性规划结合的方法来求解多目标双层优化配置模型,并用算例证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:Microgrid is an effective form for renewable energy application. Optimal sizing and operation is the key issue to guarantee the economy and stability of the microgrid system. With the increase of DC loads, AC-DC hybrid microgrid has become a current research hotspot. This paper focuses on the two-layer optimal sizing of AC-DC hybrid microgrid considering the optimization of distributed generation operation. The intermittency and uncertainty of renewable energy generation have been analyzed. Demand-side response is introduced to optimize load characteristics by guiding customers to change electric consuming behavior. Accordingly, the microgrid system is more stable and economical. The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) combined with mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model based on a practical project. The results verify the rationality and validity of the proposed approach.
