摘要 针对五电平有源中点钳位型(ANPC)变换器共模电压和电容电压平衡问题,提出一种基于gh坐标系的改进空间电压矢量调制(SVPWM)算法。所提SVPWM算法能够减小共模电压,同时实现悬浮电容电压和直流侧电容电压的平衡控制。首先,通过选取合适的冗余开关状态减小共模电压。其次,根据各相悬浮电容电压偏差和输出电流方向,选取合适的冗余开关组合,实现悬浮电容电压平衡。同时,提出一种中点电压模型预测控制(MPC)策略,根据目标函数对所有五段式开关序列进行滚动寻优,选取最优开关序列。最后,实验验证了所提SVPWM算法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of common-mode voltage and capacitor voltage balance for five-level active neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) converter, a novel space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm based on gh coordinate is presented. The proposed SVPWM algorithm not only reduces the common-mode voltage, but also balances the capacitor voltages. First, the common-mode voltage is reduced by choosing the appropriate redundant switching states. After that, according to the floating-capacitor voltage deviations and output current directions for each phase, floating-capacitor voltages are balanced by selecting the appropriate switch combinations. Moreover, model predictive control (MPC) of neutral-point voltage is proposed. The optimal switching sequence is selected by using the receding optimization based on the cost function for all the five-segment switching sequences. Finally, the experimental results verify the validity of the proposed SVPWM algorithm.
