摘要 提出了一种基于连续介质理论的断路器多体动力学仿真方法,以弹性力学本构方程描述断路器各部件的应力、应变关系;同时结合各部件之间的相互作用关系,依靠约束副描述了连续体部件之间的联动过程;同时分析了时变条件下部件之间运动受力状态以及能量传递关系。所提出的方法不仅可以在宏观上预测断路器的分断位移、分断角速度等,还可以描述时变条件下各部件之间的联动以及部件内部的应力、应变关系。仿真结果显示,各部件承受的最大应力随时间不断发生变化。对分断特性的实验测量结果显示模型可以较好地预测断路器的分断特性。所提出的方法为提高断路器的机械可靠性及设计水平提供了一种新的指导方法。

Abstract:A new method of multibody dynamics simulation of circuit breaker is developed based on continuous medium theory. By employing the elastic constitutive equation, the proposed model can be used to analyze the internal stress and strain related to different components of the breakers. The interaction between different parts and the energy transmission also can be studied by applying the linkage constraints to the corresponding boundaries. The proposed method not only can be used to predict the interrupting angular displacement and angular velocity, but also can be used to analyze the linkage and the relationship between the internal stress and strain of each component. Simulation results show that the maximum stress of each component changes over time. Experimental results show that the proposed simulation can be used to predict the interrupting characteristics of breaker with good accuracy. The new method offers a new design guidance to improve the mechanical reliability and the design of the breakers.
