摘要 针对现有低频测量铁磁元件励磁特性方法未考虑铁心损耗的问题,通过对低频实验下铁心损耗的原理分析,得出了励磁电源频率变化仅影响励磁电流中涡流等效电流大小的结论。由此提出了适用于铁磁元件励磁特性现场测试的低频实验及折算方法,分别考虑铁心损耗和漏抗影响对低频实验数据的电压、电流进行补偿,实验证明补偿后与工频实验结果基本一致。相比规程推荐的频率折算方法,该方法能够大幅降低折算误差,在励磁特性拐点及饱和段的折算误差均小于5%。

Abstract:The current low-frequency measurement methods of ferromagnetic component excitation characteristics fail to consider the core loss. This paper analyzes the core loss principle under low frequency test, and concludes that the change of power frequency only affects the equivalent eddy current. Thus, the low-frequency test and conversion methods are proposed, which are suitable for measuring the excitation characteristics of ferromagnetic element in field test. The influence of core loss and leakage reactance is considered respectively. The low frequency voltage and current test data are both compensated. The test shows that the compensated data and the power frequency test results are basically the same. Compared with the frequency conversion method recommended by the regulation, the proposed method can reduce calculation error rate, where it reaches 5% during knee and saturated section.
