The suppression method of low frequency oscillation phenomenon in the electrified railway caused by that four quadrant converter of train and the traction power supply system do not match is proposed in this paper.First,the main circuit and the transient current control strategy of four quadrant converter were introduced.Then,on the basis of the linear closed loop transfer function of the four quadrant converter,the stability analysis of the train and network coupling system was carried out,the mechanism of low frequency oscillation was studied.Based on the analysis results,adopting the idea of changing system damping,the corresponding suppression method and the active damping compensation measures were put forward,and the theoretical analysis was carried out.The correctness of the control method is verified by multi vehicle simulation model.The theoretical analysis results were verified by the small power experiment platform.
