Detecting the phase angle information quickly and accurately is very important in three phase grid connected system and the immunity of the detecting method should be good.This paper proposes a phase locked loop (PLL) method which is different from the traditional synchronous rotating frame PLL (SRF-PLL).This proposed method calculates the phase angle directly by analyzing the corresponding relationship between the ratios of three phase voltages to the sum of three phase voltages′ absolute value and the phase angle.When the three phase voltage is unbalanced or includes harmonics,the positive-sequence component (PSC) of the grid voltage is extracted by the method of double second order generalized integrator (DSOGI),then the phase angle can be detected by the proposed method in this paper with the PSC.Moreover,the proposed method does not need the Park transformation,so it is easy to implement.As a consequence,by comparison with SRF-PLL,the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed method are verified through experiment.
