变频器供电内置式永磁同步电机转子损耗计算与试验

Abstract In order to study the loss and temperature distributions of the core and permanent magnets of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor fed by an inverter in full load condition, the finite element method is used to calculate the loss of two motors with different rotor configurations at different internal power factor angles, power supply waveforms, and the temperature field simulation is performed at both sine wave and converter supplies. In order to separate the permanent magnet loss by the test method, the wireless temperature sensor embedded in the interior rotor is used to test the time-dependent curve of the permanent magnet temperature in full load condition, and the eddy current loss of the permanent magnets is calculated according to the slope of the initial temperature- time curve. At the same time, the mechanical loss of the prototype machine is measured by dragging a fake rotor without permanent magnets. The total tested losses are subtracted from the copper loss, the mechanical loss and the permanent magnet loss to separate the core loss. Moreover, the experimental results and the calculated results of each loss and permanent magnet temperature rise are compared to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis.
