摘要 开关磁阻电动机(SRM)具有可靠性高、制造成本低、响应速度快和结构简单等优点,但过热、潮湿和过电压等复杂外部环境,以及运行过程中频繁起停、频繁加减速、负载变化等多重复杂工况,容易导致SRM、功率变换器或各类传感器出现故障,加剧过电流、转矩脉动和噪声等问题,影响电机调速系统正常工作,因此非常有必要开展开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)可靠性研究。该文结合国内外SRD可靠性研究的文献,从功率变换器、电机本体和检测器三个方面分别进行分析,全面探究目前有关开关磁阻电机调速系统故障诊断和容错控制方法的原理、适用范围以及优缺点。最后对SRD故障诊断和容错控制方案的发展趋势进行预测。

Abstract:Switched reluctance motor (SRM)is giventhe advantages of high reliability, low manufacturing cost, fast response speed, simple structure, and so on. However, due to complicated external factors likeoverheating, humidity, overvoltage and complex operating conditions including frequent start/stop, variablespeed/load, the failures of SRM, power converters, or sensors may be caused. And the failureswill exacerbatethe problems such as overcurrent, torque rippleand noise, and affectthe normal operation of the switched reluctance motor drive system (SRD). Therefore, it is necessary to carry out reliability research for SRD. On basis of the domestic and foreign literatures on SRD reliability research, the principles, scope of application, merits and defeats of current fault diagnosis and tolerant control methods of SRD are analyzed comprehensively and presented separately from the three aspects of power converter, SRM, and sensor in this paper. Finally, the development trend of SRD fault diagnosis and tolerant control methods is predicted.
