摘要 在传动装置的分析与设计中,对于永磁或涡流类的设备而言,解析模型往往更加具有机理性。利用基于等效磁路法建立的盘式涡流驱动器的解析模型,分析永磁涡流驱动器的各区域磁导和漏磁,求解出气隙中的磁感应强度,进而推导出转矩公式,并分析各参数变量对于转矩变化的影响。各解析结果分别与有限元法仿真和实验测量数据进行了比较,证明解析算法的合理性和准确性,在盘式永磁涡流驱动器的优化设计和性能分析中具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Analytical models are widely used in analysis and designing of many permanent magnet or eddy-current-based appliances by providing more mechanistic solutions. According to the equivalent magnetic circuit method, this paper established the analytical model of the disk type eddy-current driver. Magnetic flux leakage and magnetic conductivity of each part of disk type eddy-current driver were calculated firstly. Then the transmit torque was calculated, and the relationship between the torque and the parameters was carried out. The results after 3D corrections were compared with the results of finite element method and experimental data. FE results and experimental results verify the analytical model. It is meaningful for the modeling and its optimization of the disk type eddy-current driver.
