摘要 为实现电动汽车代理商与电动汽车之间的互动策略,针对目前电动汽车与电网互动存在的问题,计及电动汽车用户用车便利性,建立了基于优先权的电动汽车集群充放电优化模型。论文分析了电动汽车各项申报信息对代理商制定策略的影响,建立电动汽车评价指标体系,以电动汽车申报容量和时段、诚信度及电池损耗为评价指标,基于熵权法确定电动汽车调度优先权。电动汽车代理商根据调度机构制定的调度计划,确定所辖区域电动汽车具体优化调度方案。通过算例仿真,表明该方法能够综合考虑电动汽车多项指标对调度策略的影响,可有效实现调度机构为代理商拟定的调度计划。

Abstract:Considering the problems of (vehicle-to-grid) V2G scheduling and electric vehicle users’ convenience,an optimization model of cluster charging and discharging of electric vehicles based on the priority is presented to achieve the interactive strategies of vehicle-to-aggregator (V2A).This paper analyzes the influence of declaring information on aggregator’s strategies and establishes the evaluation index system for electric vehicles,which takes reporting capacity,time,battery depletion and integrity as the indices.Then the scheduling priority of electric vehicles based on the entropy method is determined.Aggregator can determine the local optimized scheduling scheme according to the schedule plan made by the scheduling organization.The simulation results show that the impact of multiple indices of electric vehicles on scheduling strategy are considered and the scheduling plan provided by the scheduling organization for the aggregator can be obtained through the proposed method.
