摘要 为了使新能源并网逆变器在电网故障时,安然度过电压暂降,并通过注入无功功率以支撑电网电压,提出了实现三相电压均衡、提升或消除有功功率波动为控制目标的并网参考电流值的设置方案。首先分析了电网电压不平衡下,αβ静止坐标系中电压正负序分量、电网电流与功率的关系,引入参数k控制无功电流中正序与负序分量间的关系,推导出电网参考电流的表达式,以及消除有功功率振荡的k取值范围。再对最大并网电流进行了限制,以穿越电网故障,使并网逆变器不脱网。最后通过采用αβ静止坐标系中比例谐振电流环控制,三相并网逆变器在不同参考电流下实现了电网电压提升、均衡或者抑制有功功率振荡的功能。

Abstract:In order to ride-through voltage sag and support grid voltage by injecting reactive current during grid faults, strategies that realize three-phase voltage balance, raise or eliminate active power fluctuations is proposed. At first, relationship between positive and negative sequence voltage components in αβ coordinate system and relationship between grid current and reactive power during unbalanced fault is analyzed. A parameter k is introduced to adjust proportion of positive and negative sequence components in reactive reference current. Expression of reference current and range of k when eliminating active power fluctuations is derived. Then maximum grid current is limited to ride through grid faults, meanwhile the grid-connected inverter is not off-grid. At last, voltage support, balance and elimination of active power fluctuation is realized in three-phase inverter with different reference current by using PR current control in stationary coordinate system.
