Abstract:The structure of TEAM Problem21 model and its experiment scheme of the stray loss is improved by using magnetic flux compensation method. The measurement method for the stray loss of the combined structure of magnetic steel plate and magnetic shield under high leakage magnetic field is proposed. The distribution of the magnetic field on the surface of two kinds of magnetic shields and the stray loss are compared under high leakage magnetic field. Considering the effect of insulation film on the distribution of magnetic field and eddy current in the silicon steel sheet,homogenization method is used for stand type shield structure and modeling plane type with individual sheet in finite element analysis. The magnetic field distribution of magnetic shield is modeled in detail.
