摘要 针对两种轴承电流抑制措施进行了效能分析,一种为在电机内安装电磁屏蔽槽楔,另一种为在电机轴端安装轴承电流短路环。回顾了电磁屏蔽槽楔的工作原理,通过有限元法计算了电磁屏蔽槽楔对高频电磁场的屏蔽效能;介绍了轴承电流短路环的工作原理。最后以一台3 kW、4极变频电机为研究对象,搭建了实验平台,分别测量了两种轴承电流抑制措施下电机轴承电流,通过实验测量分析了两种轴承电流抑制方法的效能。

Abstract:Two methods to suppress the bearing current, i.e. the electromagnetic shield slot wedge within the machine and the bearing current short circuit ring, are analyzed. The theory of the electromagnetic shield slot wedge is reviewed. And the element finite model is established to evaluate the shield effectiveness for high frequency electromagnetic field. The theory of the bearing current short circuit ring is introduced. Finally, the experimental platform is set up to evaluate the shield effectiveness. The test motor is a 3 kW/4-pole variable frequency motor. The bearing currents of the motor with the electromagnetic shield slot wedge and the bearing current short circuit ring are measured respectively. According to the experiment results, the suppression effectiveness is evaluated.
