摘要 在特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)中,高频成分的幅值大、耦合强,对电气设备的安全运行造成严重威胁。目前已开展相关研究,但未能完全解决,一、二次融合设备已加装防护措施但仍发生故障的情况时有发生。对此,该文在探明母线电阻对高频信号衰减过程影响的基础之上,充分利用趋肤效应的频率敏感性,通过在常规母线表面增加高阻表层,构建高-低阻介质层叠的母线结构以实现高频抑制:正常工频成分在里层低阻介质中传输,不受影响;VFTO高频成分被约束在表层高阻介质中传输,其幅值与振荡时间将显著降低。进一步,开展等效试验,验证其有效性。

Abstract:In very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO), the high frequency component has high amplitude and strong coupling, which poses a serious threat to the safe operation of electrical equipment. At present, some research works on suppression methods have been carried out, but the fault situations of the primary and secondary fusion equipment equipped with protective measures have not been completely solved. In that case, on the basis of ascertaining the influence of busbar impedance on the high frequency signal attenuation process, making full use of the frequency sensitivity of the skin effect, this paper proposes a high-low resistance laminated busbar structure for high-frequency component suppression, by adding high-resistance surface layer to the surface of conventional busbar: the power frequency component is transmitted in the inner low-resistance medium and is not affected; the high-frequency component of VFTO is constrained in the surface high-resistance medium during transmission to improve the speed and amplitude of attenuation greatly. Furthermore, an equivalent experiment has been carried out to verify the effectiveness of this method.
