摘要 为提升双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器的效率和动态响应速度,在三重移相控制的基础上,提出一种混合优化控制策略。首先,从三重移相控制下的DAB工作模式中,选出两种作为变换器的实际工作模式,并引入新的外移相角,用以降低变换器建模和后续优化设计的难度;然后,分析这两种模式的工作特性,推导各自模式下的传输功率模型、电流应力表达式和软开关约束条件,借助Karush-Kuhn-Tucker条件法,求出满足最小电流应力和软开关条件的最优移相比组合;之后,建立输出电压状态空间模型,利用当前电压电流信息预测下一时刻输出电压,以改善变换器的动态性能;最后,搭建实验样机,验证了所提混合优化控制策略的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and dynamic response speed of the dual-active-bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter, a hybrid optimal control strategy based on the triple phase shift control was proposed. Firstly, in the operating modes of the DAB converter under the control of triple-phase-shift (TPS), two modes were selected, and a new external phase shift angle was introduced to reduce the difficulty of the converter modeling and the optimization design. Then, the working characteristics of the two modes were analyzed, and the transmission power model, current stress expression and soft switching constraint conditions of the two modes were deduced. By Karush-Kuhn-Tucker condition method, the optimal shift ratio combination satisfying the minimum current stress and the soft switching condition was obtained. On this basis, the output voltage state space model was established, and the output voltage at the next moment was predicted by the current information of the voltage and current, thus improving the dynamic performance of the converter. Finally, an experimental platform was built and the results have verified the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed hybrid optimization control strategy.
