摘要 提出了一种含优先利用风电能量枢纽的主动配电网三相不平衡随机模糊动态潮流方法。以随机模糊变量描述日风电出力,通过日冷/热电负荷比较,提出能量枢纽优先利用风电的冷/热电改进耦合模式及其与主动配电网交换功率模型,计及接入配电网风电穿透水平和能量枢纽交换功率获得主动配电网与输电网源、荷及孤岛交互状态,从而建立含优先利用风电能量枢纽的三相不平衡主动配电网随机模糊动态潮流模型,并结合随机模糊模拟、前推回代及三相不平衡解耦对模型求解。改进IEEE 33节点系统算例仿真结果表明,该文提出的方法可有效提升能量枢纽风电利用率,兼具随机模糊性和波动性的日前计划潮流结果信息更加全面客观。

Abstract:A three-phase unbalanced random fuzzy dynamic power flow method for active distribution network(ADN) containing energy hubs(EHs) with priority utilization of wind power is proposed, Firstly, the daily wind power was described by random fuzzy variables. The cooling/heating and electric improved coupling mode of EH's priority utilization of wind power and its exchange power model with ADN were proposed through the comparison of the daily cooling/heating and electric loads. Then, the three-phase unbalanced random fuzzy dynamic power flow model of ADN with EHs that use wind power preferentially was established by considering the wind power penetration level of direct access distribution network and exchange power of EH, the interaction states of source, load and islands between ADN and transmission network. Finally, the model was solved by combining random fuzzy simulation, back/forward sweep method and unbalanced three-phase decoupling. From the simulation results of the improved IEEE 33-bus system, it is suggested that the proposed method can effectively improve the wind power utilization rate of EH, and the daily scheduling power flow results with random fuzziness and volatility are more comprehensive and objective.
