摘要 针对内置式永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统中,基于传统滑模观测的转子位置观测器所获位置中存在谐波脉动与直流偏移误差的问题,该文提出一种基于比例谐振滤波的改进转子位置观测器,以抑制转子位置观测器误差,从而提高无传感器控制系统位置估算精度。该方法通过引入比例谐振滤波器,提取估计反电动势中的基波成分,滤除其谐波分量,达到抑制转子位置谐波脉动的效果。同时由于该改进观测器无需外加低通滤波器,消除了估计反电动势中存在的相位延迟,减小了转子位置估计值中的直流偏移误差。通过1.5kW内置式永磁同步电机驱动控制实验平台,对所提出观测器的正确性与有效性进行了验证。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of direct current offset error and harmonic pulsation of rotor position estimation obtained by rotor position observer based on traditional sliding mode observation in the sensorless control system of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, an improved rotor position observer based on proportional resonant filtering is proposed in this paper to suppress the rotor position observation error and improve the position accuracy of sensorless control system. By introducing the proportional resonant filter, this method can extract the fundamental component in the estimated back electromotive force (back-EMF), filter out the harmonic components and suppress the rotor position harmonic pulsation. Meanwhile, because the improved observer does not require an additional low-pass filter (LPF), the phase delay in the estimated back-EMF is eliminated, and the DC offset error in the estimated rotor position is reduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed observer is verified by a 1.5kW interior permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control experimental platform.
