摘要 瓷绝缘子广泛应用于输电线路中,研究其积污特性对预防污闪、提升输电线路安全运行具有重要意义。利用仿真软件COMSOL对风洞条件下XSP-160型瓷三伞绝缘子的积污特性进行数值模拟,与风洞试验结果比较,验证了模拟方法和所建物理模型的合理性。藉此,研究了低风速环境下基于110kV电压该绝缘子的积污特性,分析了风向倾角、风速和电压类型对其积污特性的影响。结果表明:风向倾角对绝缘子表面的积污有着显著影响;同一风向倾角时,绝缘子表面积污量均随风速近似呈线性增加;风向倾角和风速越大,直交流电压作用下的积污量相差越小;直流电压作用下,积污量随着风向倾角的增大而减小,交流电压则与之相反。

Abstract:Porcelain insulators are widely used in transmission lines. Studying the pollution characteristics is of great significance in preventing pollution flashover and improving the safe operation of transmission lines. In this paper, the multi-physics coupling software COMSOL was used to simulate the contamination deposition characteristics of XSP-160 porcelain three umbrella insulators under wind tunnel conditions. Compared with the test results, the simulation model was verified. Based on the aforementioned method, a simulation investigation on the contamination deposition characteristics of the insulators under 110kV voltage in low wind speed was performed to examine the effects of wind direction tilt angle, wind speed and voltage types. The results show that wind direction tilt angle has a significant impact on the NSDD (non-soluble deposit density) of the insulator surface; the NSDD increases linearly with wind speed at the same wind direction tilt angle; the greater the wind direction tilt angle and wind speed, the smaller the difference in the amount of NSDD between DC voltage and AC voltage; the amount of NSDD decreases as the wind direction tilt angle increases under the DC voltage, while the AC voltage is opposite.
