摘要 针对铁路电能质量控制系统(RPQMS)容量优化问题,分析了优化补偿原理,推导了V/v牵引供电系统电网侧电能质量参数与RPQMS容量优化补偿系数和负载特征之间的数学关系,建立了以RPQMS补偿容量最小为目标函数、电能质量参数为约束条件以及容量优化补偿系数为决策变量的优化模型,采用微分进化算法(DE)得到了补偿系数的全局最优解和补偿容量的目标最小值,进而得到控制器最优给定值。仿真和实验结果表明,采用该方法可以在满足全负荷范围电能质量指标的同时获得综合最优补偿效果,显著减少RPQMS补偿容量。

Abstract:Considering the capacity optimization of railway power quality manage system (RPQMS), this paper analyzes the optimal compensation principle, and derives the mathematical relationship between power quality parameters of V/v traction power supply system grid side and RPQMS capacity optimization compensation coefficient. Finally an optimized model is established, where the minimum capacity of RPQMS compensation capacity is taken as the objective function, the power quality parameter is taken as the constraint condition, and RPQMS capacity optimization compensation coefficient as the decision variable. The globally optimal solution of the compensation coefficient and the minimum of the compensation capacity are obtained by Differential Evolution algorithm. Simulation and experimental results show that the method can reach optimal compensation effect as well as the power quality index in the whole load range, which significantly reduces RPQMS compensation capacity.
