Coordination Operating Characteristics Analysis of Dual Battery Energy Storage System Based on PSCAD/EMTDC

Abstract:This paper proposes a new energy access scenario applies to dual battery energy storage main circuit structure, gives the dual-battery energy storage A,B separately responsible for charging or discharging operation principle, and also establishes the mathematical model for the dual-battery energy storage in the given power running, Buck-Boost circuit uses a given period comparative strategy to achieve double battery energy storage unit of a given reference power transmission, converter VSC adopts exact feedback linearization control strategy to achieve constant dc voltage and the transmission of the given reactive power. Finally the simulation platform which is built based on PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the validity of the coordinated control strategy for the rationality and dual-battery energy storage of the proposed main circuit structure according to the effectiveness of a given charge-discharge cycle.
